Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand announces the Annual International Training Courses (AITC) Programme for 2017, to be held in Thailand during 20 August – 2 September 2017. The annual training programme is conducted by Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), aiming at sharing Thailand’s best practices and experiences to the world. The theme this year is “Microcredit and Sufficiency Economy Development”.
