Consul-General of Thailand in Kolkata participated in the opening ceremony of the Travel and Tourism Fair 2023 (TTF 2023)

On July 14, 2023, Miss Acharapan Yavaprapas, Consul-General of Thailand in Kolkata, participated in the opening ceremony of the Travel and Tourism Fair 2023 (TTF 2023). This three-day event is being held during 14 - 16 July 2023 at Biswa Banga Mela Prangan, Kolkata. To showcase Thailand's vast tourism attractions and services, the Tourism Authority of Thailand in New Delhi (TAT) set up an impressive Thai pavilion which provides tourist information and serves as a platform for engaging with Indian travelers and travel agencies in promotional activities. The Royal Thai Consulate-General, Kolkata will also be a part in this Thai Pavilion by providing visitors with guidance on visa and travel related matters.

TTF is a renowned travel trade show network in India, known for its long-standing history and extensive reach across major cities in the country. It offers abundant opportunities to promote the tourism industry in every year. This year, TTF Kolkata features more than 200 exhibitors representing 23 Indian states. Notably, Thailand participated as the only featured country for this trade show.
