On 23 July 2026, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kolkata organized a ceremony to commemorate the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua’s Birthday Anniversary on 28 July 2026. The Consul-General of Thailand, Miss Siriporn Tantipanyathep, presided over the ceremony and led the officials in honoring His Majesty the King with a heartfelt speech of blessings, followed by the oath of allegiance.

On this occasion, the Consulate-General participated in a voluntary service activity at Future Hope School Kolkata. The Consul-General, together with Thai officials, hosted a lunch for 200 children and distributed the educational supplies to the school on 25 July 2026. This event not only celebrated His Majesty's legacy but also highlighted His global impact, especially in supporting underprivileged children.

In Bodh Gaya, on 29 July 2025, the Consulate-General and Wat Thai Buddhagaya held in a traditional Buddhist ceremony to honor His Majesty the King of Thailand at Wat Thai Buddhagaya for Thai community. This heartfelt tribute brought people together in a shared celebration of His Majesty’s remarkable legacy.
